Major BowlBoard Updates for Tournament Directors and Bowlers

BowlBoard now includes a guided tournament setup wizard, tournament cloning, new side pots, organization manager tools, live chat support, passkeys, and improved teammate discovery.

BowlBoard has received several updates designed to make it easier for tournament directors to set up, manage, and support tournaments from start to finish.

For tournament directors and managers, the biggest addition is the new Create Tournament Wizard. Instead of setting up each part of a tournament separately, directors can now move through a guided setup process covering the major pieces of a tournament, including events, squads, side pots, finances, and related settings.

Directors can also now clone existing tournaments, making it easier to reuse a previous setup instead of starting from scratch each time. This is especially helpful for recurring tournaments, similar formats, or events that only need small adjustments from one year to the next.

Organization management has also improved. Directors can now add or remove other directors and managers for their organization, making it easier for multiple people to help manage tournaments.

Several new side pot options are now available, including Mystery Doubles, High Game, and High Series. These give directors more flexibility when building tournaments with optional competitions and added prize opportunities.

Live chat is now available from the tournament management area as well. Directors who need help while setting up or running an event can reach out directly from within BowlBoard.

For all users, BowlBoard now supports passkeys as an easier and more secure sign-in option. Users can also find teammates more easily when registering for team events, depending on their profile privacy settings.

These updates are part of an ongoing effort to make BowlBoard easier to use for both tournament directors and bowlers.
