New Director Launch Pass
BowlBoard helps directors publish a clear tournament page, collect registrations, manage squads and teams, assign lanes, track scores, and post standings from one place. For a limited time, new organizations start with 10 included publishing credits.
Director Highlights
Show dates, squads, fees, formats, prize summaries, standings links, and event details on public pages that help bowlers understand the tournament before they register.
Bowlers can register through the step-by-step flow, start as guests by email link, edit later, join waitlists, and move through squads, side pots, and payment options online.
Captains can create teams, invite by BowlBoard search or email, manage pending roster spots, transfer captaincy, and keep team workflows moving until cutoffs lock changes.
Offer Stripe payments when enabled, let bowlers pay later at the desk when needed, and keep side-pot and All-Events choices tied to the registration workflow.
Use automatic lane assignments, squad detail pages, participant lists, and pre-filled or blank score sheets to keep check-in, lanes, and scoring organized.
Publish up-to-date standings with scratch and handicap views, live updates, and support for tournament views like Match Play and All-Events when configured.
Better For Bowlers Too
Bowlers can review squads, fees, formats, and standings links directly from the tournament page instead of asking directors for basic details.
Guest or account registration, team invitations, side-pot choices, and payment selections happen in a guided flow instead of scattered messages.
Squad pages give bowlers a place to check lanes, payments, team details, and standings without needing to ask the desk for every update.
Reusable History
BowlBoard is built to help on the first event: registration, squads, lanes, scores, and standings stay connected in one workflow. When your organization runs future events, bowler profiles, USBC IDs, averages, prior participation, and team history can reduce repeated data entry.
When you run a similar event again, Clone Tournament can create a new draft from a past tournament and copy selected setup, pricing, side pots, squads, rosters, teams, registrations, and lane assignments.
Known bowlers, USBC IDs, and averages are easier to find and reuse.
Start from a previous tournament instead of rebuilding every detail.
Repeat bowlers and teams have a clearer path back into your events.
Squads, lanes, score sheets, scores, and standings stay connected.
New Director Launch Pass
For a limited time, approved new organizations receive 10 included publishing credits with the New Director Launch Pass. Use them across multiple 100-bowler tournaments, larger-cap tournaments, unlimited-cap events, or anything in between.
Use the included credits to publish early events before buying additional credits.
The public offer is simple, and the publish screen still lets directors choose the capacity they need.
