Terms of Service

1. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and not to misuse or interfere with the Services. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the Services are being used in violation of these Terms, including suspending an organization and any associated director or manager accounts.

2. Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you manage or act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

3. Tournament date limits and usage locks

• Tournament start and end dates must fall within a 365-day window.
• Once a tournament is used (e.g., scores recorded, registrations created, payments completed, or desk check-in), certain date changes are locked to preserve usage history.
• Tournaments may not be reused, renamed, or repurposed to represent a different tournament as a way to avoid credits or other fees. Attempts to move or restructure a used tournament to cover a different event or season are prohibited and may require creation of a new tournament.

4. Credits and purchases

• Credits are applied to a tournament to set its bowler cap and unlock bowler registration and management features (lane assignments, scorekeeping, payment tracking, and related tools). Credits cannot be used for entry fees, payouts, or other cash transactions.
• Credits may be applied before or during publishing. If credits have not been applied yet, publishing requires a credit selection.
• All credit purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash or cash value.
• Credits belong to the purchasing organization and are non-transferable.
• Credit packages, pricing, and promotions may change or be discontinued at any time; changes apply to future purchases.

Additional credit terms are described in the Credits Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

5. Payment disputes, chargebacks, and fraud

If a payment is disputed, charged back, or reasonably suspected of fraud, we may revoke related credits, limit access, or suspend or terminate accounts and organizations. You agree to contact us to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback.

6. Termination and credit forfeiture

If an organization is deleted, suspended, or access is terminated for any reason, any unused credits are forfeited and will not be refunded.

7. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Services and may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
