Tournament Credits Policy
This policy explains the terms for purchasing and using tournament credits.
Non-refundable purchases
All credit purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash or cash value.
Non-transferable
Credits belong to the purchasing organization and cannot be transferred to another organization.
How credits are used
- Credits are applied to a tournament to set its unique bowler cap and unlock registration and management features (lane assignments, scorekeeping, payment tracking, and related tools).
- Credits may be applied before or during publishing. If no credits are applied yet, publishing requires a credit selection.
- Credits can be applied later to raise a tournament's cap, up to unlimited at 3 total credits.
- Credits cannot be used for entry fees, payouts, or other cash transactions.
- Credits are consumed when you set or raise a tournament's cap; republishing does not cost more.
- When a tournament reaches its cap, new registrations are waitlisted until directors or managers raise the cap and accept them.
- Credits never expire.
Payment disputes and abuse
Credits may be revoked for disputed payments, chargebacks, or suspected fraud. We may limit access, suspend, or terminate accounts or organizations that misuse credits or the payment system.
Termination and forfeiture
If an organization is deleted or access is terminated, any unused credits are forfeited and are not refundable.
Package changes
Credit packages, pricing, and promotions may change or be discontinued at any time. Changes apply to future purchases.
