How credits unlock registrations
Creating and editing tournaments is free. Credits are applied to set a bowler cap and unlock registration and management features like lane assignments, scorekeeping, and payment tracking.
You can apply credits before publishing. If no credits are applied yet, publishing will prompt you to choose a cap.

Apply credits in draft or during publishing. You can add more credits later to raise the cap (up to unlimited at 3 total credits).
Once the cap is reached, new registrations are waitlisted. Directors and managers can raise the cap and accept waitlisted bowlers into the tournament.

Can I unpublish and republish? Yes. Credits are tied to the tournament's cap, so republishing does not cost more.
Do credits ever expire? No.
Do you offer referral bonuses? Yes. Referring a new organization earns 3 bonus credits.
Are credit purchases refundable or transferable? No. All credit purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash or cash value, and cannot be transferred to another organization.
